Your growth manager.Ask it anything.

It learns your business, agrees a mandate with you and works inside it every day, on every platform you use. It handles what that covers and brings you only the decisions that are yours, each with a recommendation and a number. In the app, by email, or in the Claude chat you already have open.

Same product, two front doors

The answer in Claude is the number on your screen.

A draft made in a conversation lands in Growomat, paused. A question asked in a conversation is answered from the same ledger the app shows. Publishing is a separate step, and it is yours.

  • Drafts stay paused until you push them
  • One workspace at a time, named before any change
  • Every change lands in the same revision history, undo as usual

Growomat is in the Claude connectors directory. Included in every plan and in the free first month.

Your note

It recommends the change. You make the call.

Your note says what the week brought against what you agreed, and what your growth manager recommends about it. Not suggestions to consider: changes ready to go ahead with, by email or in the app.

  • Every change says what it costs, what it gives up and the option it turned down.

  • Go ahead with all of them in one tap, or say not this one in a line. Nothing moves without you.

  • Then it checks the result after a day, a week and two weeks, and tells you either way.

It knows your business

Tell it once. It remembers, and holds itself to it.

A good advisor learns your business and stops asking. Tell your growth manager when you close, what not to touch and what matters most, and it keeps it in your own words, for everyone on your team.

What it remembers, and how you control it →
An example from the thread

We close from 1 to 15 August. And please don’t touch the brand campaign, my partner looks after it.

Noted, both. I’ll leave the brand campaign alone, and I won’t raise a quiet first half of August as a problem.

For everyone in this business

Leave the brand campaign alone

Remembers what you tell it

When you close, which campaign your partner runs, the budget you never go past. Said once in the thread or by email, kept with your own words and the day you said it.

Learns how you work

Turn down the same kind of change three times and it stops bringing it, unless it can say why this one is different. Approve a kind that keeps working and it brings those first. It tells you each time it notices something, and one click undoes it.

Holds itself to it

It never recommends a change to something you said to leave alone, or a budget past the limit you set. In a fortnight you said you are closed, a quiet week is expected, not an alarm.

Yours to see and change

Settings shows everything it remembers: who said it, when, in what words, and how often its advice rested on it. Change it, forget it, or forget everything. Forgotten stays forgotten.

When it speaks

It knows when to speak. And when not to.

Most things can wait for your next note. A campaign that stopped delivering cannot. Your growth manager decides which is which, and you can always see why.

Urgent gets through

Delivery stopped, access lost, spend heading past your limit: you hear at once, even when your growth manager is paused.

The rest waits

A few interruptions a day at most, never in your quiet hours. Everything else is said once, in the next note.

You set the volume

Not now, dismiss, mute a whole topic, or pause it entirely. It learns from what you leave unread.

The Plan tab: the 30-day plan towards the owner’s goal, three moves with their status, and what the growth manager is deliberately not doing yet.

The plan and the record

It keeps score. On itself.

After the first note you get a 30-day plan: your goal, the moves in the order it will make them, what each should change, and what it is deliberately not doing yet.

Then "How I’ve done": the money it found, which changes paid off and which did not, and the calls it got wrong, named. Money found counts only when it is arithmetic.

How money found is counted →

How much it does

How much it does on its own is your call.

Every workspace starts with every change coming to you as a recommendation. Widen what it does on its own when it has earned it, and step back with one click.

  1. 1It tells you

For the viewers on your team: they read what it finds.

  2. 2It recommends, you say go

The default. One tap goes ahead with all of a note’s recommendations. Nothing changes without you.

  3. 3It acts inside what we agreed, then tells you

On the Manager and Scale plans. Inside the cap and the ceiling, enforced in code, with automatic undo within 48 hours and a brake. It names every move it made.

Acting on its own, your growth manager manages daily budgets and campaign status across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Reddit Ads and Meta Ads. Keyword bids, negative keywords and bid modifiers are available on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising only.

The glass box

Most tools hide the math. Ours is on the table.

Every move the engine makes runs inside rules you can read. These are the real ones, with October’s numbers still on them.
