Autopilot

Your campaigns, checked around the clock

Bids, budgets, ad tests and audiences are tuned inside the guardrails you set. Every decision is logged with its reasoning. You choose whether it proposes changes or applies them.

Reads

Performance on every platform you connected, the cap you set, and the limits you put on how far and how fast anything may move.

Writes

Bid, budget, audience and ad-test changes inside those limits, each logged with the reason it was made and the figures it was made from.

Will not do

Acting on a signal that is not there. Where your conversion feed has stopped reporting, bids are left alone rather than moved on numbers we do not trust.

How it works

1

Learn

Autopilot spends its first days collecting baseline performance across your campaigns, so later changes are measured against something real.

2

Analyze

Autopilot identifies underperforming keywords, wasted spend, budget imbalances, and ad creative opportunities across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Reddit Ads and Meta Ads.

3

Optimize

Autopilot adjusts bids, pauses underperforming ads, reallocates budgets and refines targeting, always within the guardrails you set. You choose whether it proposes or applies.

4

Report

Every decision is logged with its reasoning, and every change appears in your next report with the before and the after.

The Autopilot dashboard: every campaign under management, with its budget cap and current status

What it will not do

Autopilot manages daily budgets and campaign status across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Reddit Ads and Meta Ads. Keyword bids, negative keywords and bid modifiers are available on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising only.

Questions

Autopilot is your automated campaign optimizer. It learns your campaigns over the first week or two, then continuously optimizes bids, pauses underperforming ads, reallocates budgets, and refines targeting — all within the guardrails you set. You can choose Recommend mode (review and approve each change) or Auto-Optimize mode (fully automated, with every change synced back to the ad platform). Autopilot manages daily budgets and campaign status across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Reddit Ads and Meta Ads. Keyword bids, negative keywords and bid modifiers are available on Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising only. The Advisor plan runs in Recommend mode; Auto-Optimize mode is included on Manager and Scale.

No. Your monthly budget cap is a hard limit that Autopilot can never override. It checks spend pacing every 6 hours across every connected platform and automatically reduces daily budgets if it projects an overspend. By default, bid changes are capped at 20% per cycle and budget shifts at 25% per campaign — and you can tighten every guardrail yourself.

Smart Bidding handles auction-level bid optimization — about 20% of campaign management. Autopilot handles the other 80%: cross-campaign budget allocation, ad creative A/B testing, keyword discovery, negative keyword management and audience targeting, with budgets coordinated across every connected platform. They work together — Smart Bidding optimizes individual auctions while Autopilot optimizes your overall strategy.
